Passion is that something within us, sometimes even spiritual in nature, that provides a focus, positive attitude and energy that leads to extraordinary achievements. It is a powerful tool for success that we each should be continually developing.
We are looking for stories of individuals who demonstrate the power of passion:
♦ They express a unique purpose and passion in their work and have found a way to make a
living doing what they love to do, many times so much so that they would do it for free;
♦ They attract people including customers, other staff and peers, with their positive attitude
and outlook;
♦ They transcend all levels and positions and might be a teacher, coach, factory worker,
waitress, service rep, or business leader whose passion for their work made a positive
impact on you;
♦ They almost always have the ability to smile at adversity and change, looking for the
"silver lining" in any type of situation.
In your own words, please include in your story these special actions, behaviors and attitudes that you have demonstrated or you’ve observed in others, the impact or benefits to you or other individuals, and briefly explain the drive or motivation behind these actions.
